Fauchon Gotemba Premium Outlet

Went there at around 11am and didn't see mt.fuji as we shop all day, at around 2:30pm mt.fuji shows up just like our any other trip to gotemba. Just a tip, mt.fuji shows up in the afternoon not in the morning.

Great outlet. Must visit during bargain sale when prices are reduced even more. Take the bus from tokyo and back. Great view of mt.fuji.

Prices are pretty high for an outlet. Also, US XL size is rare. You be lucky to find.

If you have been to the Premium Outlets at USA, be prepared to lower your expectations. Generally, you will hardly get good bargain like the ones at America. However, variety wise, you have good selection of brands to choose from The best attraction here is the view of Mount Fuji which is quite spectacular. Other than that, they have few Japanese shops like Pokemon, Superdry and etc. Worth going but probably wont spend the whole day here

I had a great experience here. It has a variety of brands ranging from sports, casual wear up to luxury brands. It’s sooo big and you definitely need to leave a whole day to cover the whole shopping village. I found that the sports and casual wears have pretty good bargains. If you are lucky enough, you will see Mt Fuji from the here. Anything recommended for improvements? I think it would be the food selections and the centre customer service staffs.

Shopping with a view! Mount Fuji was just right there looking down on us spending all our yen away. Went during December and was so lucky that there were so many deals going on!

Retail outlets which sell all kinds of branded goods. If you are coming to visit Mount Fuji of Japan for a few days, then it is highly recommended to drop by. The outlets got provide free shuttle bus pick up at Gotemba stations.

Extremely crowded mall. It's very tough to find parking. Well, there are several off-site parking lots and shuttle buses carry you to the mall site. However, this by itself is not a pleasant experience as the shuttle buses are packed with shoppers. Then, the restaurants at the mall close at the same hours as the stores and this makes everyone leave at the same time.About the stores: The brand variety is really big and similar to Foxtown mall in Switzerland or Desert Spring outlets in California. However, because this mall is in Japan, the prices are completely unreasonable. Bottom line: it's completely overpriced, too crowded, and not appealing.

The premium outlet requires two parts to the review, one from the female perspective, the other from the male. Female perspective: OHHHH MY GOD THE AMOUNT OF SHOPPING!!!! There isn’t enough time to finish all these shops *frantically runs into every shop possible*Male perspective: OHHHH MY GOD THIS PLACE IS TOO BIG!!! Why did I torture myself on holiday by saying yes to coming here. Overall decent outlets, as a male, too many shops for my liking but Mount Fuji was fun to stare at for the duration of my time at the outlets as my woman shops. Shake shack was the highlight of the outlet.

Gotemba premium outlet was claimed to be the most famous shop in Japan by the announcer. Its around nearly 90 minutes with bus from kawaguchiko area, avoid weekend or public holiday as there will be a lot of peoplea here.Although some items looks cheaper, they're out dated model and some are more pricey but it still a bargain to shop here.

Lots of branded shops, we went during New Years, early Jan, so there were actually some pretty good deals. The food court there was pretty disappointing though. Food portions were on the small side and they didn't taste that amazing either. I wouldn't come all the way here to do my shopping but since it was a part of a Mt.Fuji tour it wasn't too bad.

This is a very very big shopping mall. You might need more than one day if you want to check out all the stores. There are plenty of parking spaces, there is a food court with yummy food and ice cream. You can even see the Fuji mountain on the bridge linking both building if the weather allows.

What a place to shop. Many premium brand with very good collection to shop. The international and japanesse brand was there waiting to buy 😀. Very wide parking lot. And also very affordable price. You will never get enough time when you shop at gotemba.

You should come here early Morning so you can have a good picture of Mt. Fuji also it’s nice for early shopping make sure you arrive before 09.45 A.M so the visitors are quiet and speed up the payment process otherwise it’s will take 30 minutes to pay on crazy discounts outlet

A factory outlet center with shoes and accessories for famous brands in the Gotemba tourist destination Kawaguchi ko with beautiful views of Mount Fuji.

This is heaven for shoppers , who like branded items , with factory price , most branded item from all around the world you can find it here , tax free for foreign people , fresh mountain air , very nice from store's staff . This is a must visit place when you go to japan, and if you lucky enough you can see fuji mountain from gotemba

Lot of discounted stuff. Lovely place to spend your money.. Don't forget to ask for discount voucher at the information desk.

Take an hour plus bus ride from Shinjuku Expressway bus terminal. Directly reached at west zone of gotemba premium outlet. My recommendation is to go there during spring sale/sale events. Its definately worth it as i got discount on top of discounts. Did not manage to view Mount Fuji. But managed to see the mountains behind transformed to white mountains..Lastly my children and myself was lucky enough to experience the dropping of snow flakes at gotemba.. 😂

Best place for shopping any branded outlets because they're all are at low prices. Although the prices are very cheap, they didn't stock the items much so we must act quick before the items we want are sold out. Besides outfits, there are also toys outlets like Lego and Bandai.

Crowed. You have to wait to try clothes and the big brands don't have big discount 😂 food is horrible, especially the steak place. Still you can find a lot of good things at as responsabile price. A little be disappointed about sports shops.

Want some brand-name merchandise? Just go here. Quite a few shop have tax-refund for foreign tourist.If you're not into brand-name merchandise, get away from this place.

Great place to come and explore, with plenty of shops to see and premium brands to browse. There are a few good places to eat too.

Good selection of stores with great prices. Lots of current stock not just old outlet stuff especially in Nike. Ralph Lauren is particularly good for choice as is Rayban. Lots of buses to and from surrounding areas. Food options are limited but Shake Shack is there if you fancy a burger.

Great place to stop by after visiting Fuji. Or see Fuji. Good selection of shops, although if you’re a tall person.... Asian sizing has already got you mad.

After visit mount Fuji, make sure you visit Gotemba Premium Outlet. A lots of premium brands can be found here with relatively cheap price.If you’re a foreigner, make sure first time when you arrive at this place, you go to the information counter and ask for a coupon and you can enjoy extra benefits.When you shop, make sure you bring the passport for tax free.

What a spot for a mall. I didn't go here to shop, most the brands didn't interest us much, food court is good. Just went to have a look around. The view of Mt Fuji is incredible on a fine day and worth the trip itself. Very alpine feel at the mall tucked away in the small town. Would recommend hiring a car and driving, the scenery is fantastic.

Good place to get a view of Mt Fuji on a budget. Head to the food court to sit just outside the main hall for a good meal/coffee with a view.

A great place to spend a whole day perusing the shops. There’s a good mix of luxury and mid/high end brands so there’s something for everyone. If you’re taking public transport here, do take note of the timings for the buses out of the premium outlets, they stop pretty early. You can take really good photos of Mt Fuji from the bridge connecting the two shopping areas so don’t forget to snap a picture!

Good place to shop, with loads of premium brands at good prices. Remember to drop by the tourist information booth to get a coupon book for further discounts. Non-Japan Visa card holders can also claim a free gift if they spend at least ¥40000 (tax included) here by visa.

Shop till you drop at this place, and with Mount Fuji in the background, it's just like shopping in Paradise. The outlets are awesome, and stuffs are just too good. Definitely recommend if you are fan of big brands, and since most are factory outlets, most of the prices are discounted, and slashed down to affordable rates. You can spend hours here, just shopping, and sipping coffee at a food court overlooking Fuji.

One stop shopping for branded goods with reasonable price. If you are lucky they have periodically discount 50%-70% and extra 20%. They also have pokemon and bandai store.....

One of the best places to pick up exclusive Japan products for a deal. All stores had a great sale. At a certain point, you can also see Mount Fuji!

Very very boring mall compared to USA Premium Outlets..... and its soooo far. Not worth the trip. I spent most of our time in the food court. The octopus balls were great!

I was absolutely blow away by the vast selection of stores and great food... I bought a Burberry scarf that was so awesome... love this place and I will be back again... I highly recommend this premium outlet to anyone who is looking for amazing prices and fantastic service!!!

I had a very great experience in Gotemba regarding shopping expensive goods with a lower price. The goods are not actually cheap but definitely the price is lower, so it is quite worth it if you're looking for some branded brands for a discounted price.

I enjoy the outlets, but they only house expensive, name-brand stores.Outlets, in the U.S., have a mixture of both inexpensive and expensive stores, so when I went here, I was taken aback.Wide assortment of clothing brands and a fairly decent food court. The free buses to and from Gotemba Station definitely helped a lot.

Great discounts on upscale merchandise. And a good view of Mt. Fuji to boot. This is a must visit.

Lots of shops, the deals are decent. Tour guide told us the bridge here is a good spot to view Mount Fuji, but we could not see it as it was a snowy & rainy day; otherwise it would be pretty awesome.

Public transportation from Shinjuku to Gotemba is 1800 yen, round trip cost 3300Â¥. Unless u have a lots of things to buy if not not worth to go over. Journey around 1 hour & 45 min. There are specific timing for the bus departing. Take note, it leaves punctually. Exactly at the minute. Manage to catch a glimpse of Mt Fuji. Plenty of stores and seats around. The curry chicken In the food court taste less than average. Ramen was fine. Staffs there were polite and friendly. Definitely 1 of the best compare to Europe and London in terms of service. Oh ya, the Bottega bags were cheaper here than London.Have fun exploring

Very nice outlet mall. Gucci, Bottega, Prada and so on. If you like this kind of shopping, I would definitely recommend it. Very good prices compared to retail on a lot of items, but do your homework and check prices on the brand website as you shop to make sure you are getting a deal. Unfortunately it is just shy of two hours from Shinjuku so you will spend about 3.5 hours round trip on the bus just in travel time so it would be very difficult to squeeze into a very busy itinerary. We were pretty swift and it was still an eight-hour outing.

Awesome place for shopaholic. They sell branded and premium stuff with affordable price. Some.store will give additional discount if you do Collective buying. Good deal everywhere, so consider to come to this place earlier when you came to Japan.

Great offer at most of the outlets in this Gotemba. Convenient store as it's beat by each others. All brands offered great bargain with some further discount and offer. Few restaurants at convenient locations. Muslim praying room available here too. Super clean washroom available at every corner. Different 2 island by beautiful bridge great for photos.
